Rules & Guides

Welcome to Wawowow! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that all visitors adhere to the following rules and guidelines during their stay.
Reservation Guideline
  • Advance Booking: Reserve at least a few days/weeks in advance to ensure we can prepare the site and avoid waiting lists.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling can be done up to 7 days before the scheduled date if there is availability. A fee of 100,000 IDR per cabin or tent applies.

    • Rescheduling from 6 days to 1 day before the scheduled date is not permitted.

  • Payment: Full payment must be made no later than 2 days before arrival. If not paid in full, the booking is considered canceled, and the cabin/tent will be made available to others.

  • Cancellation: No refunds are available for cancellations.

Service
  • Self-Service: Everything is done independently. There are no waiters or room service available. Please be prepared to manage your stay on your own.

Additional Information
  • Access Road: The access road to the location is unpaved for approximately 750 meters. It is recommended to use a standard vehicle that has not been modified to be low.

  • Visitor Interaction: Visitors can request to be accompanied for a chat or left undisturbed while on site.

  • Guest Visits: Guest visits to overnight guests are subject to a fee of 50,000 IDR per person, with a visiting limit until midnight.

  • Daily Visitors: We do not accept daily visitors to ensure comfort and privacy for overnight guests.

  • Check-In/Check-Out:

    • Check-In: 15:00

    • Check-Out: 12:00

    • Check-In Deadline: 21:00

Other Guidelines
  • Personal Equipment: Visitors should prepare and bring the following personal items:

    • Jackets

    • Toiletries

    • Disposable tableware

    • Personal medication (if necessary)

  • Speakers: Portable (small) Bluetooth speakers are allowed, but the volume must be kept low to avoid disturbing others. If you bring a karaoke speaker, you must rent the entire site.

  • Speaker Usage: The time limit for using speakers or guitars is midnight. Please respect others who may be resting.

  • Cleanliness and Security: Visitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their area and the security of their belongings. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage.

  • Vehicle Security: Vehicles must be locked, and any loss or damage is not the responsibility of the management.

  • Prohibited Items:

    • Sharp or fire weapons of any kind are prohibited.

    • Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.

  • Noise Control: It is forbidden to make noise or disturb the comfort and safety of other visitors. All unlawful acts will be reported to the authorities.

  • Quiet Hours: Music volume must be reduced at 10 pm to avoid disturbing other visitors.

  • Damage Responsibility: Visitors are responsible for any damage to property caused by negligence.

Food & Drink
  • Bring Your Own: Visitors are allowed to bring their own food and drinks or can order from the canteen provided.

  • Utensils: You are required to bring your own eating and drinking utensils, preferably disposable ones.

  • Cooking Equipment: Portable stoves and BBQ/grilling equipment can be rented on-site or brought by yourself.

  • Shells: Can be purchased on-site or brought by yourself.

  • Cooking Restrictions: It is prohibited to cook oily food in the cabin/tiny house area. Please use the designated front or side areas of the cabin.

  • Washing Restrictions: It is prohibited to wash cooking, eating, or drinking utensils on-site as there is no place to dispose of dirty water or a kitchen for washing.

  • Mineral Water: It is prohibited to bring mineral water in glasses or cups. You may bring water in bottles or tumblers; drinking water is provided in gallons.

Electricity
  • Limited Power: The available electricity is for lighting at night only. It is not suitable for charging devices like phones or powering appliances like rice cookers. Visitors are encouraged to bring a power bank or rent one on-site.

Toilet
  • Toilet Facilities: There are 3 toilets available (sitting and squatting). The toilets are separate from the cabins and tiny houses, located between 5 to 20 meters away depending on the position of your accommodation.
